Ask engineers to explain configuration choices, process limits, utility requirements, and after-sales support. Strong suppliers should be able to answer specific questions.
Documentation and Evidence
Review drawings, manuals, quality checks, test procedures, and export packing examples. Take photos or videos where allowed.
Factory verification cannot guarantee future performance, but it can reduce blind spots before payment.
